That’s her way to say I forgive you? Teaching him how to survive in that new world?
Not so much “forgive” as “get the hell out of my sight.”
End of Line
Prelude to “Now, good luck surviving in this semi-arid land on your own”.
If she’s about to do what I think she is, Simon would probably prefer she simply kill him.
Or at least he will after a month or so.
Ooooh. Kyri going back to basics with a literal interpretation of “thrown to the wolves”? Nice!
I thought so. It’s not her style to kill anyone outright, I think. She’ll make him endure survival- will that be a fate worse than death for this ‘god’? Will he starve? Stay tuned! 😛
So yeah, I agree with everyone that being set free in the middle of nowhere is not a great thing, but when I read this, I just a version of the English Bobby running through my head:
“…this plant you cannot. And if you do, I’ll cut up some more plants and tell you what you can eat and what you cannot again.” 🙂
I’ve never heard that before. Interesting. 🙂
The real policeman Bobby thing is, I believe, an American jab at the non-gun toting regular English police. The idea is that if a suspect runs from them, they blow their whistle and yell “stop! Or else I’ll blow my whistle and yell stop at you again!”
