At least Herrick has his head on his shoulders concerning the St Louis royal family. Maybe his underlining the truth will open his eyes regarding his sister.
What i do hope is that in the end, Ben joins the hero party in his father’s place, making room for Primrose’s true rise to power, the final brick needed to darken her. 😉
Interesting ideas as always, DK. We shall see how it plays out very shortly. 🙂
Without Ben there, she’ll have the army performing a coup d’état within two weeks. I’d wondered, but that exchange between Ben and Herrick made it clear; they’re loyal to Ben, not Primrose.
The way i see it, the army is loyal to the throne rather than a person, because it’s their job. That means if Primrose sits on the throne, with or without Ben, she still rules them. The exchange between Ben and Herrik is, to me, more to explain to Ben what we readers already figured out about how Primrose and how she views Ben.
Stay Tuned. 🙂
Herrik’s got the right of it, there… XD
That’s ’cause he’s an insightful priest. An ass-kicking priest but a priest none the less. 🙂
I see they are Cardinals fans.
“NO ONE expects the Spanish Inquisition!”
Good catch. Yes indeed the Cardinal is the official bird of St. Louis. 🙂
I love how you can even see the St. Louis Arch in the background! Nice touch 🙂
