I am still digging the artists talent over the writing. But the story is sort of growing on me. Enough to continue reading and to add to faves, for now.
She called herself Dragonstone but she is using the Banestone. She may do this because she prefers to change in to a dragon, or could it be she has more then one stone! On webpage 21 you can see she has more then one ring on her left hand. I bet she is rocking multiple stones!
Lunaroki – LOL. But are those ingrates really kids of “today,” or maybe kids of “yesterday,” or perhaps kids of “some other day”? 😉
Dragonson – Thanks and LOL. And as far as how stoners get their names, I think you are right on both counts: could be the first stone they get, could be just what they want to call themselves, and also it could even be what others call them. Originally I had a small bit (mostly in Issue 1) where Cole insisted to be called “Dragonstone” and she’d get angry when people called her Cole or Colindra. There wasn’t an opportunity to bring it up in the current Kyri/Cole battle as the battle had a fairly quick pace.
Jonboy – Welcome and thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. I’m glad you are enjoying the art and hopefully the story will keep growing on you. 🙂
Rocker of the Limestone – Good call. You are absolutely right. 🙂 Cole has multiple stones she “rocks.” We’ve seen the Banestone and Dragonstone mostly, but she also has the Headstone which she used to drain Lord Quandel’s mind in issue 1, and there’s a “dancing stone” as well (and others she hasn’t used yet). Most of the stones were her father’s and mother’s, and in issue 4 we see how Cole came into possession of these.
BA – Thanks Brent. I’m going to be expanding the T-shirt offering once I get some time off this summer. Now get back to work, I know you’re posting this on company time! Unlike me of course. 😉
Beautyfull. Just Beautyfull.
Keep it up!
Feh! Kids today! Such ingrates!
I agree.
They’re a big bunch of stoners all of them!
MAD stoners, that is!

Maybe they chose their names on the first stone they get?
Though it’s also possible that they just call themselves what they want to be called…
A.T…..nice work. I might order up a t-shirt one of these days….hmmm, but what color to choose?
