As i suspected, it was no teleport, but rather lightspeed travel. Expected from the grandmaster of Lightstone…
As for his heart, i think he’ll need a lot of time and some exterior help to patch himself up.
AS for his heart, I’m sure it decayed years ago, shortly after his nose…
