As for the Gravestone, it resurrect someone as an undead, but the rocker must fuel stoner energy continously to maintain the undead person active. Since Pablo is busy using the Gravestone on himself, he cannot use it on someone else. Anyway, raising someone as an undead is not resurrecting, so the Gravestone cannot do that.
That’s about right. The Gravestone will make a dead stoner into an undead creature…. however unlike in traditional stories, the personality of the living person seems to be intact. Pablo acquired the stone to use on his deceased wife but couldn’t bear for her to exist as an undead creature, even though she was recently deceased. Which begs the question: is this really the original Pablo Montaine back from the grave? Does he remember the afterlife? Is there an afterlife? Is there a soul? Maybe Pablo doesn’t even know.
