We know the Endstone can detransform a dragon, but if he tries to gain altitude and fire from above they’re in trouble.
The Rainstone might help, but it will be close.
And that is why suits are so expensive in the Endstone Universe:
Only one guy wears them, so they have to be custom made, but they keep getting torn apart. His tailor must love the repeat business.
