And that’s a lovely sight shown from Bennet indeed. Just like Kyri and Quandel, here comes Cole and Bennet, except these 2 will be able to go public with it (eventually, when Primrose is out of the picture…)
The real question is was Simon was deliberately torturing her with the potato chips, or was it the result of some other process from the Spire? In other words did Simon choose to make Drakyl a postman or Jon a banker? Answers shortly.
And those two are not together yet. Love tends to be complicated. 😉
The alternate life was deliberatly something processed by the Spire that Simon could use. However, he was the one choosing to use the potato chips as a torture device : real Cole is all about perfect looks and appearances, he would have noticed right away that the alternate Cole would horrify her with her weight, and thus use it to his advantage. Just like he used alternate Jon’s status as a banker and Alternate Kyri’s researcher life and better happiness as a tool to manipulate Jon.
And true, they are not together yet. Still, we now all know it’s mearly a “yet”. 🙂
