Words of wisdom are always lost on the young.
I appreciate all of the votes! Endstone was down into the 30s a few days ago. 🙂 Vote often.

I am amazed every time I read this comic. I love it! I would donate some money if I had any so instead I’m clicking your adds.
Love the pouty expression on Cole’s face in panel 3.
Okay…I dunno about this theory, but I’m thinking that this world is like some huge computer-generated hallucination produced by some powerful system, which in this world is the “Eternity Spire.” GATES is plugged into this thing either as a superuser/administrator, or perhaps his brain is wired up to use as computing power. A “stone” is like having access to a particular function of the simulation. It’s possible that the endstone and the banestone, when combined, enable a quit/reboot command.
It’s also possible that whatever the Eternity Spire is doing has a kind of amnestic effect…kind of like Douglas Quaid in Total Recall. Nobody remembers the truth. And when there’s a major hiccup in the system, like the battle at the beginning of the comic, you write new memories for enough people to fill in the apparent gaps. The older “Colindra” could be one person with a whole slew of memories written in.
It was down to 25 early Monday — when the rankings are most volatite.
But this sort of comic is why.
@Silverwolf
That doesn’t seem to be happening though. Past flashbacks do not seem inconsistent with the present.
