I think you are mistaken, my friend. There was a scene in issue 3 where Pablo and young Jon are at Mom’s bedside, but we’ve never seen her corpse. I’m sure of this because being raised Catholic, I always found open casket funerals to be traumatic and I know I’ve never drawn this. ?
1. I hear an orchestral DUN-DUN-DUN in that last bit.
2. A rather silly image from a 1930s cartoon of skeletons dancing, which would be kind of funny to watch the facial reaction of the Former Chief Financial Officer. Maybe it would not play in the story line, but it would be funny.
… What are you planning, Pablo? I admit I have a theory, but I don’t really like it…
We’ve seen him before opening the tomb to pay respects
Have we? ?
Yep we have. It was a flashback, he was still alive and still prepping his plans with the gravestone, but we definitly saw him open the tomb. 😉

You misspelled Gravestone on the incentive- it says Gavestone.
Thanks for the heads up. ?
Two things:

I’ll just go back to my corner now…
I love those dancing skeleton cartoons too. Who knows, if Pablo is ever a victim of Cole’s dancing Jig-stone you may get your wish. ?
Please, please, please put that in the long-term plan. 🙂
