I’ll vote Flash. 😉 Actually, I remember an interview with Bruce Timm on the Justice League cartoon, and he said it was a challenge writing for the Flash because he’s by far the most powerful character in the DC universe.

I don’t think the Quickstone is that powerful a speedster to be comparable with the Flash. Though, with Quicksilver from the Marvel Universe, that’s more plausible… 😉
