I reiterate my musings of this new Overstone being some kind of cousin to the Gravestone, and the potential True Resurrection effect of using them together.
Seeing just HOW powerful this new overstone is, I can understand why it was locked away for so long, until Toadstone and Pablo accidentally rocked it during the Megarek incident.
Also, “sense a soul?” Either this new person has a weird innate ability, or we just learned something about our mystery stone.
Yes, she does know about the Gravestone, right? And note Pablo never said where he got it or how.
Good point about Ophelia being locked away a good many years ago. She’s obviously very powerful. And yes her stone has a name, and it will be revealed very shortly. 🙂
I can see it now, THE RALPH STONE! If I were going to name a stone, it is what I would call it. Good thing I am not the author. There is a story behind the name and if the other person who understands it will Crack up. The rest of the world may never know.
Hi Tony, No, although that would be an interesting stone as well. It is a reference to something that only two people will really understand. A couple of words got left out of my post, not sure who that happened, but if the other person does see the reference they will crack up. It is a very in-joke about events long past. I do like the vomit stone idea though. It would be hard to fight someone rocking such a stone. I will use the Endstone to stop this barf, barf, barf, madness, barf, can’t barf…
Yea, like TOTALLY do not know what that is… Yea, that is it; that is the ticket. Don’t know at all and would never try to get it for my daughter.
I’m glad that came across. 🙂 Sometimes it’s difficult to convey subtleties in sequential, panel story telling.
It came through loud and clear. Great job.
So, she can sense souls? And that means whatever she revives lacks a soul? Muss less the original soul?
I think that’s a fair assessment. 🙂

By the ralph stone, you mean the “vomit” stone, right? 🙂
