To build on my question on the last page regarding the engraving of a quarter on the side of the mausoleum: Is that a reference to the Ancient Greek tradition of putting coins over the eyes and/or mouth of the deceased?

Oh yeah, coins have a sort of death symbolism for sure. 🙂 Also, Washington is one of the more popular gods, since his likeness is still found on Mount Rushmore, miscellaneous ancient coins, and statues.
