Howdy folks. This is the start of Issue 4 (obviously). In this issue we will witness the full power of the actual Endstone, see how Kyri and Jon first met, and discover how Cole came to possess the Banestone. Issue 4 promises more chills and spills so I hope you come along for the ride.
Since this is a full page post, there will be no regular Thursday update. Instead on Thursday I’ll be posting some concept art in the blog section for the upcoming issue 4 . Endstone will be back next Monday, June 28 with the start of Issue #4.

Why am I thinking ‘vampire’?

Though it DOES say “VAMPIRE!” so clearly you can see it from five miles away.
I disagree in your vampiremania. Normally vampires don´t radiate blood through theyr eyes.
Actually it is really difficult to display a vampire without showing teeth, blood or a really anachronistic fashion. As he is wearing a suitable outfit (for the time the story plays) he should be either a very modern vampire or he´s none.
The only thing implicating your assumption is that there´s a kissing scene and the background is red ^_^ (Well and maybe that fluidlike behaviour of the rays)
Andaren and Dragonson – Vampire, huh? I wasn’t going for that specifically, but if you guys/gals interpret it that way, then that is fine with me.
Also, stoners are able to drain the life energy from people to power their abilities, so that is similar to a vampire.
Faber Draconis – Good points. With this piece, I was just going for “weird.” I just wanted to portray a simple, romantic kiss picture, but with strange radiating eyes to make it seem strange and raise questions. I don’t know how successful it was.
