Good question. A non-stoner would have a difficult time telling the difference between the various over-stones. The shapes and colors of the over-stones are sometimes very similar. The Endstone and the Homestone are both shades of white and of similar size so they could be mistaken for one another. A non-stoner would have to be very familiar with the stones to tell the difference.
Oh those damn stones! They look so much alike, how was I to know?
