One of my other interests besides art is economics. It’s a new interest born out of the current financial crisis. While I realize this sort of content might not be in line with a fantasy webcomic, I thought I would experiment with some new content. So here we go:
This is a clip of Rep. Grayson of Florida laying out the case, in quite a humorous way on the House floor, as to why the United States Federal Reserve should be audited. I know many of you readers out there are not US citizens, but I know most of you have central banks that are just as opaque as the Federal Reserve and are probably up to the same tricks.
The Fed is spending my money without representation or oversight. And they can secretly aid their cronies with my money. And it really burns me.

There´s too much power in money and there are too many ways to generate worthless money.
But I suppose that firmly cutting these possibilitys to prevent a bankrupt of worlds population could lead to a war between ppl with money and those who are working for it.
(I love unprovable wicked plots ^^)
Here in Europe we´r trying to find out, how much those people are involved in the Greece bankrupt who made much more money with that bankrupt, than the debt of the whole state is.
And of course we have the hope, that they don´t repeat it with those countries, that are easyly beeing forced to step also over the border of bankrupt.
In my eyes we are just at the beginning of WW III, but this time the weapon is economy and obscure moneymaking.
I agree totally that we are entering a world-wide crisis not seen since the Great Depression/World War II. It almost makes sense in that the people that were adults during the previous great crisis have all retired and most have died. Our leaders have no experience with a truly great crisis and that’s why they will lead us into another one. I hope I’m wrong.
